A Townhome Transformed: Downers Grove Reinvented

This project is a testament to what thoughtful design and collaboration can achieve. What began as a standard townhome in Downers Grove has been meticulously reimagined into a luxury oasis—layered, textured, and uniquely personal. Working closely with the homeowner, our team approached the renovation room by room, allowing time and clarity for each design decision. The result is a home that not only reflects elevated taste but also respects the client’s pace, vision, and lifestyle priorities.

The Heart of the Home, Reimagined

In the kitchen and dining area, elegant minimalism meets hospitality-driven function. Waterfall marble counters, creamy cabinetry, and oversized brass pendants command attention while still keeping the space grounded. The adjacent dining area, defined by sculptural lighting and soft champagne tones, is ready to host anything from Sunday brunches to celebratory dinners. It’s a masterclass in balancing function, comfort, and visual poetry.

Luxury That Flows from Indoors to Out

Step onto the rooftop terrace and discover how comfort meets performance. The covered outdoor space is outfitted with weatherproof design pieces that don’t compromise on aesthetics—modular lounges, ambient heaters, and sculptural planters bring the warmth of the indoors into a stylish open-air setting. It's a seamless extension of the home, designed for effortless entertaining or quiet, leafy retreats above the city.

Elevated Living: Modern Design That Speaks in Textures and Tones

At Moderne Living, every detail is intentional. From the rich veining of the marble coffee table to the dramatic gold-accented lighting, this interior speaks the language of refined modernity. The moody black leather seating, set against textured reptilian wallpaper and layered with bold art, creates a space that feels both avant-garde and deeply inviting—perfect for moments of pause or conversation. To make a bold and unmistakable statement, we brought in elements from the Roberto Cavalli Home Collection, transforming the TV room into a lavish retreat layered with pattern, luxury, and unmistakable Italian flair.
