Clear, legible, contemporary lines: Isotta pares seating back to the bare essentials, doing away with volume and padding, but not comfort. A strip of belt leather, available in white or black, moulds individually to the shape and posture of the body, attaching to the frame just at the two ends. The base is made entirely from wood, available in natural ash, withe or black matt lacquered finish. The shaped legs are connected together in a linear geometric pattern, a stylish solution designed to keep the chair stable.
"The combination of beauty and function": this has been the Pianca philosophy throughout our history. Pianca was established in 1946 in Gaiarine, a small town in the very heart of what was to become one of the main Italian industrial districts and the home of “made in Italy” furniture. Through the decades, Pianca has stayed true to its core values: a search for a “pure design”, flexibility in production and devotion to quality and service. We are proud of our contribution in the development of contemporary furniture.
